Coronavirus (COVID-19) WARNING & DISCLAIMER: Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an extremely contagious virus that spreads easily through person-to-person contact. Federal and state authorities recommend social distancing as a means to prevent the spread of the virus. COVID-19 can lead to severe illness, personal injury, permanent disability, and death. Participating in community service at River Bend Nature Center or accessing River Bend Nature Center facilities could increase the risk of contracting COVID-19. River Bend Nature Center in no way warrants that COVID-19 infection will not occur through participation in community service at River Bend Nature Center Educational Programs or by accessing River Bend Nature Center facilities.
Do not come to RBNC for community service if you are experiencing any of the symptoms below:
- Sore throat
- Loss of taste or smell
- Diarrhea
- Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit
- Known close contact with a person who has been lab-confirmed COVID-19 within the last 7 days
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Chills
- Muscle pain
- Headache
