What is there to do at RBNC?
There is so much to see and experience at RBNC! For starters, the Bryant Edwards Visitors Center is filled with numerous activities, such as live exhibits, a library, and our Nature Gift Shop. We have amphibians, reptiles, insects, mammals and so much more! Furthermore, you can take a seat in our Rotary Club Library and soak up some knowledge, or you can check out our Nature Gift Shop which is filled with nature-themed and unique eco-friendly products! You can take a stroll through the 3-story high Ruby N. Priddy Butterfly and Nature Conservatory and observe plants and animals in different ecosystems in the Rolling Plains. From short grass prairie to bottomland forest, come check out our butterflies, native fish, Bob White Quail, Prarie Dogs, and turtles! After that, you can take a hike down our nature trail, and enjoy all of our 17 acres of bottomland forest. After working up an appetite you can have a picnic on the J. S. Bridwell Terrace, or underneath our Elizabeth Prothro Pavilion, and then take a stroll through our beautiful United Children’s Garden!
